Adobe Sign is an electronic signature solution that eliminates the need for in-person signatures. This fully digital workflow helps both employees and signatories save time and work efficiently.

Attending training is required to attain access to send Adobe Sign documents out for signature.

Training is not required to sign documents.

Introductory Microsoft Teams Training

 

Microsoft Teams is a platform that combines chat, meetings, notes, and attachments. Teams can be accessed from any Microsoft Cloud product page or from an installed app on computers and mobile devices.

This class is being taught competely online through the Teams platform. 

Please review the Instructions beow. 

 

Online Teams Session: join the team.

Before being able to join the online class, a few steps will need to be taken.

2. Click on the Teams icon.
3. Click on your initials in the upper right hand corner.
4. Select the "Download the desktop app." Complete the process to downlaod the app to your device.

Teams Calling is a Microsoft Collaboration application that provides phone functionality from your computer or desk phone. Combined within the Teams suite it extends your ability to collaborate via audio, video and chat along with screen sharing, document repository and meeting management.

This course is also available via Canvas at https://uta.instructure.com/enroll/EK36GN

This class will be taught online via Microsoft Teams.  See instructions below.

Complete these required steps before class:


1. Register for class here (the OIT Training website.)

2. Follow the steps in this document to use Teams for this class and join the Knowledge Services OIT Online Training Team.

  • Sitecore trainers cannot troubleshoot Teams issues. 
  • If you do not join the Team, you will not have a Chat button.

3. Find the Before Class + Start Here folder in the Files tab of the Sitecore channel. 

  • Print out the training guide (or the Detail Page wireframe) to use during class.
  • Watch the video prerequisites.  

4. The class will be listed in the Posts tab of the Sitecore channel. 

  • Look for the purple "Join" button next to the class name.
  • Join the class at the scheduled time.

5. Request access to Sitecore (Prod) at the appropriate step during your Migration.

Please do not request access if there is not a site already set up for your group in Sitecore Prod. Requests for sites that do not yet exist will be declined because there is no site to which we can grant access.

6. Complete all required Web Modernization trainings.


Please do not register if your website is not scheduled for migration to Sitecore. 

We recommend attending class as close as possible to when you'll begin working in Sitecore Prod so that the information is fresh.  Sessions are recorded for later reference.

Completion of a live training session is required for access to Sitecore. 

Watching a recording is not a substitute for attending live training.  If you are unable to stay for the duration of the training, please cancel and register for another session.

 

Please be aware if the class attendance is less than 3 people, the class will be rescheduled. 

Alternate arrangements will be made and registrants will receive an email with further information.
