This web site is designed to help you make the most out of your UT Arlington NetID. Here you can change your password, view your secured facilities PIN, find information about your computer accounts, and manage your self service preferences.

This service is available to all UT Arlington affiliates with a valid NetID. If you experience problems using this service, do not know what your NetID is, or are a new affiliate and wish to request a NetID, please contact the Computing Helpdesk at 817-272-2208. Someone will be happy to assist you with your request.

New students, faculty, and staff who do not know or have not used their NetID can look it up here.

bullet Activate your NetID

New students, faculty, and staff who have not previously used their UT Arlington NetID to access services (or existing affiliates who have had their password manually changed by the Computing Helpdesk) should follow this link. You will be prompted to establish your NetID Self Service Identification Questions and to choose a new password.

If you are a new student and have received your acceptance letter or account information from UT Arlington but have not activated your account, the Computing Helpdesk can help you find or change your password. Computing Helpdesk

bullet Change your password

In order to reset a lost or forgotten password, you must have previously activated the online password reset feature for your NetID

bullet View information about your account

View account information such as your NetID, email address, ID number, and your MavExpress 5 digit PIN for building and classroom access.

bullet Manage your NetID Identification Questions

To fully utilize the Self Service features of your UT Arlington NetID, you must answer at least 5 questions, used to identify yourself when requesting services or to change a forgotten password.

bullet Change your PIN

Your PIN is linked to your UT Arlington ID card and grants you access to selected classrooms, labs, studios, offices, and residence hall rooms. Please visit the Mav Express office to change your PIN.

bullet Acceptable Use Policy

All authorized users accessing any university information resource must formally acknowledge that they will comply with all security policies and procedures of the university and abide by the acceptable use policy or they shall not be granted access.
