Training Classes and Events

Business Affairs Training and Development is committed to providing University employees with a broad range of training opportunities. We recognize that training programs and professional development can help an employee increase their effectiveness and refine their job skills. Our team focuses on two areas of emphasis: Financial Management System (FMS) and Human Capital Management (HCM). Listed below are the classes we offer to the University community.

Finance Boot Camp - (F005)

The Finance Boot Camp combines the following classes: Payment Vouchers, Requisitions, Travel and Expense.

This class is designed for employees who are required to process vouchers, request the purchase of goods or services and process travel and non-travel reimbursements. Participants will learn how to search for vendors, create non-purchase order and purchase order vouchers, create and manage a requisition, receive items, manage employee information, create travel authorizations, cash advances, expense reports and expense inquiries.

ProCard - (F006)
